Shipment

Delegate bag inserts

All bag inserts (300 pc.) must arrive between May 23 and May 28, 2022. Any shipments received after this date may not be included. It is sender's responsibility to ensure smooth and on time delivery to the conference venue. The organizers cannot take responsibility for any delay caused by the custom formalities.

Shipment of large equipment for the exhibition and other exhibition materials

Description of shipment (size in all three dimension and weight) has to be sent to info@epdic17.org until May 15, 2022. All exhibition materials must arrive between May 23 and May 30, 2022.  It is sender's responsibility to ensure smooth and on time delivery to the conference venue. Exhibition hall opening hours

Build-up of the booths
May, 31,  8:00 to 17:00.  All materials will be brought to the exhibition hall by the support team.


Dismantling of the booths
June, 3,  13:00 to 18:00. It is exhibitors' responsibility to organize pick up of all material and clear their booths   by 6:00 pm on June 3rd.

 

Support
The access to the exhibition hall during the build-up and the dismantling of the booths will be ensured for the exhibitors and booth builders, surveyed and secured.
The Exhibition Manager Desk will be at your disposal throughout the Exhibition set-up, opening and dismantling period. The desk will be located at the registration booth in front of the exhibition hall.


Exhibition working hours
The exhibition hall will be open for the exhibition from 8:30 to 18:30 on the working days of the conference (June 1 and 2) and during the morning on June 3 (8:30 to 13:00).

Exhibitors registration
All exhibitors must be officially registered for the participation to the EPDIC17. Please send the inquiry email to info@epdic17.org.


Payment 

VAT is not included in the published sponsorship prices. You can either pay 30% at the time of booking to confirm the package, and the rest according to your preference but not later than by March 10th, 2020, or pay the entire sum at the time of booking. All bookings made after March 10th are to be paid entirely at the time of booking. There is no discount for the early payment. Let us know your preferred payment option, and pro-forma invoices will be prepared and sent to you accordingly.
